Commercial kitchen rentals by city and service area
Find commercial kitchen rental guides for cities across the United States and Canada. Each guide connects local receiving-site questions with the preparation and cooking work that needs temporary space during renovation, construction or an emergency closure. Mobile kitchen rentals and modular kitchen leasing can be discussed for one-week needs or monthly projects. Hospitals, schools, hospitality operators and industrial facilities should start with the menu, essential appliances and meal schedule. Search for your city, state, province or territory, then review the local guidance with the person responsible for access and connections. Send the full receiving address and operating dates to request availability and a project-specific quote.

Reported event · our analysis
Toronto, 2022: the meals existed, but the delivery route failed
University Health Network’s January 20, 2022 account of a major Toronto snowstorm describes meal trucks getting stuck and staff struggling to reach work. At Hillcrest, a manager assembled lunch from food already on site. Elsewhere, teams moved meal carts through the tunnel between Toronto General and Princess Margaret while the loading access was cleared.

Our analysis: the interruption was not simply a lack of food or cooking equipment. Prepared meals still had to reach the people waiting for them. A receiving entrance, an available route and staff who could make the handoff became part of meal-service continuity just as much as the kitchen itself.
For a project in either market, put the actual receiving entrance and food-transfer path beside the street address. Identify an alternative access arrangement with the property team where one is feasible. The UHN case shows why a map pin is an incomplete kitchen brief; the useful destination is the point from which staff can keep the operation working.
How we can help with a similar disruption
Put cooking closer to the meals you need to serve
For a facility that depends on meals arriving from elsewhere, an on-site kitchen rental can be an option to assess in its continuity plan. Temporary Commisary Kitchens 123 International offers mobile and temporary commercial kitchen rentals so you can discuss preparing essential meals nearer the serving point when outside delivery becomes difficult.
Tell us what your own staff could cook, the appliances they would need and the available working area. We can discuss the rental requirements and quote the project. Check both equipment access and the route from kitchen to diners: a rental still needs usable connections, staff and a workable path for food.
Make the receiving address useful to the delivery team
A campus or large commercial property may have several entrances and service areas. Identify the entrance associated with the temporary kitchen position, the route through the property and the person handling receipt. Include known gates, construction work or site procedures that could affect the approach.
Canadian regional guides for local access questions
These guides cover local transport, municipal and placement considerations for the named regions. Use the relevant guide to organise questions for the receiving site, then confirm current route information and the proposed kitchen arrangement for your dates.
Give the complete destination in either market
For the United States, include city, state, ZIP code and full street or property address. For Canada, include community, province or territory, postal code and the receiving address. Add a site sketch when it makes the kitchen position or final approach clearer.
Keep the destination connected to meal service
Show how staff will reach the unit and how food will move back to service. A proposed position should be assessed alongside the menu, staffing, preparation work and essential appliances. Include utility connection points at that same position.
Identify the local site contact
Name the person who can confirm access, receiving arrangements and connections. Keep that contact with the requested dates and equipment brief. Unresolved route or placement questions should be explained before the delivery schedule is agreed.
Rental terms and setup information
Rental terms start at one week or monthly. Operating hours are 24/7, and GPS tracking is available on request. Pricing and delivery are confirmed with a project-specific quote for the selected kitchen, dates and receiving site.
Setup planning estimates are 5 hours for the kitchen, 4–6 hours for ramps and 5–15 minutes for stairs. Review the actual arrangement and installation responsibilities when agreeing the project schedule.

Send your kitchen requirementsWhat does a city guide help me plan?
A city guide brings together local receiving-site context, cooking and preparation requirements and questions to include in your enquiry. It helps you organise a project brief for your actual property. Equipment availability, the final kitchen configuration and delivery are confirmed for the requested location and dates.
What if the property has several entrances?
Identify the entrance used for the temporary kitchen delivery and the route to its position. Include the receiving contact, site procedures and any known construction activity or obstacles. A sketch or site photographs can help explain a location that is not clear from the street address alone.
